xinghaixianIntroduction:Introduction to Xinghai: Xinghai County is located in the southwestern part of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, in the “Sanjiangyuan” National Nature Reserve. The county has a total area of 12,100 square kilometers. It faces the south of the Yellow River and the north of Tongde. It borders with Gonghe County in the north, and is adjacent to Dulan County of Haixi Mongolian Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the west, and Maduo County and Ma in the south of Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Jixian is connected. It is 248 kilometers away from Xining, the provincial capital, and 103 kilometers away from Chabucha, the capital of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. The average elevation of Xinghai County is 3,924 meters (the county government resident sub-ketan town is 3,303 meters above sea level). The highest point of the Era Mountain Range is 5305 meters above sea level. The lowest point is the elevation of 2,590 meters above sea level of the Heka Town. The county has jurisdiction over three towns and four townships, namely, Ketan, Heka, Qusian, Tang Naihai, China Railway, Longzang, and Hot Springs, and 57 communities in 57 villages. By the end of 2012, there were 76,000 people in the county, and there were many ethnic minorities such as Tibet, Hui, Mongolia, Tu, and Salar. The Tibetans accounted for 77.89%.
